As part of the Vietnam Industrial Property Forum 2026 (VIPF 2026), Stavian Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (Stavian IP), a member of Stavian Group, joined the event as a Diamond Sponsor. The Forum brought together policymakers, industry experts and the business community to exchange insights on market developments and emerging directions for Vietnam’s industrial real estate sector amid ongoing shifts in global supply chains and investment flows. Beyond its role as a sponsor, Stavian IP contributed to industry discussions and was recognized for its efforts in advancing green and sustainable industrial real estate development.

The sixth Vietnam Industrial Property Forum 2026 (VIPF 2026), themed “Opportunity Amid Uncertainty” brought together more than 350 senior delegates, 40 leading speakers and experts, over 100 reputable industrial real estate and logistics companies, and more than 50 media organizations. VIPF 2026 focused on shifts in global capital flows and supply chains, Vietnam’s opportunities to attract a new generation of investment, as well as emerging trends in green, smart and integrated industrial park development.

At the Strategic Dialogue session, Mr. Louis, Nguyen Tuan Anh, General Director of Stavian IP, joined industry experts and business leaders as a panelist to discuss emerging trends and evolving requirements in the industrial real estate market amid global supply chain restructuring and intensifying competition for high-quality FDI. Mr. Louis, Nguyen Tuan Anh highlighted the evolving role of next-generation industrial parks, changing expectations among FDI investors, and the development of modern, integrated and sustainable industrial ecosystems. In line with this approach, Stavian IP aims to go beyond providing industrial infrastructure by strengthening support services, facilitating supply chain connectivity, and accompanying businesses throughout their investment, operations and growth journey in Vietnam.

As part of the event, Stavian IP was honored at the Green Future Awards 2026 in two categories: (1) Emerging Green Industrial Property Developer 2026 and (2) For Distinguished Contributions to Vietnam’s Industrial Property Sector 2026.
