On May 19, 2026, at the headquarters of Gotion High-Tech in Hefei, China, Stavian Group signed a Strategic Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Gotion High-Tech – one of the world’s leading companies in lithium battery and energy storage solutions.

The signing ceremony marks an important milestone in Stavian Group’s strategy to expand international partnerships in renewable energy and energy storage, while opening up broad opportunities for collaboration in BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), clean energy, industrial manufacturing, green logistics, and sustainable energy ecosystem development in Vietnam.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Phat Minh – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Stavian Group – represented the Group in signing the MOU with representatives of Gotion High-Tech in the presence of leaders and delegates from both parties.

Under the MOU, Stavian Group and Gotion High-Tech will jointly explore and promote cooperation across multiple strategic areas, including providing BESS solutions for projects developed by Stavian Energy Solutions Joint Stock Company (Stavian ES), feasibility studies for BESS assembly plants and R&D centers in Vietnam, lithium battery recycling projects, and green logistics models utilizing electric vehicles and charging infrastructure.
In particular, both parties will study the establishment of a Stavian – Gotion joint venture to develop Rooftop Solar combined with C&I BESS projects in Vietnam, aiming to deliver cost-effective, environmentally friendly energy solutions for industrial and commercial customers.
