On August 19, 2026, Stavian Group held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Thuong Dinh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project in Thai Nguyen Province, marking the commencement of a project spanning 128.18 hectares with a total investment of VND 2.486 trillion. The project is envisioned as a modern supporting-industry industrial park, contributing to expanding investment opportunities, strengthening supply chain connectivity, and fostering industrial development in Thai Nguyen and the northern region.

Located in Diem Thuy Commune, Bach Quang Ward, and Pho Yen Ward, Thai Nguyen Province, Thuong Dinh Industrial Park has an operating term of 50 years (2025–2075), with construction scheduled for 2026–2028 and sales and handover expected to commence in April 2027. The project is developed by Stavian Industrial Park Thai Nguyen, a member company of Stavian Group. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People’s Council, People’s Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, as well as representatives of provincial departments, agencies and local authorities; representatives of the project developer, contractors and partners; and a large number of local residents.

Thuong Dinh Industrial Park benefits from a strategic location along key transport routes, with the main entrance connecting to the Hanoi–Thai Nguyen Expressway and the secondary entrance connecting to National Highway 37. The project provides convenient access to central Hanoi, Thai Nguyen City, major industrial production hubs in the region, Noi Bai International Airport, Hai Phong Port, and the Huu Nghi–Lang Son border gate, facilitating connectivity with manufacturing centers, logistics networks, and major trade gateways across the region. The project is equipped with integrated technical infrastructure to meet the production and operational needs of businesses, including a 35 MVA power supply system, a water supply capacity of 4,500 m³/day, and a wastewater treatment capacity of 3,000 m³/day, together with fire prevention and firefighting systems and telecommunications infrastructure. In addition, Thai Nguyen offers a strong pool of human resources supported by the network of universities and vocational education institutions, with more than 40,000 people trained annually, helping meet the workforce requirements of businesses in the region.

Building on these advantages, Thuong Dinh Industrial Park is positioned to attract supporting industries, electronics and electrical equipment, mechanical engineering and manufacturing, automotive and motorcycle components, technical support services, and logistics, with a focus on high-value-added sectors, in line with Plan No. 12-DA/TU dated December 10, 2025, issued by the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, which sets the direction for industrial development in the province for 2026–2030 toward a greener and more modern industry. The project is expected to provide approximately 90 hectares of leasable land for factories, warehouses, and production and business facilities, alongside ready-built factories, warehouses, and automobile parking facilities. The project developer will also provide comprehensive investment and operational support services, ranging from investment and legal consultancy, design and construction, and customs and logistics services to green energy solutions and training and recruitment support.
