The CSCEC 2 – TIG Consortium was established through a partnership between China Construction Second Engineering Bureau (CSCEC 2), a core subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, and ThangLong Investment Group (TIG), a diversified investment group in Vietnam.
Leveraging CSCEC’s extensive experience in delivering large-scale projects across more than 100 countries and territories, combined with TIG’s strong understanding of the local market, the consortium is expected to establish an effective international EPC model capable of meeting the rapidly growing demand for construction and infrastructure development in Vietnam.
As Vietnam continues to accelerate investment in infrastructure, industrial zones, urban development, energy, and large-scale manufacturing projects, the demand for capable EPC contractors with global resource coordination and deep local market understanding is becoming increasingly critical. Stavian Industrial Metal’s partnership with the CSCEC 2 – TIG Consortium reflects its proactive strategy to expand its presence across the construction–industrial value chain, particularly in industrial metal supply, supply chain solutions, logistics, trade finance, and project development collaboration.
As a member of Stavian Group – a multinational company specializing in industrial production, technology, and international trade – Stavian Industrial Metal is steadily strengthening its position as a comprehensive solutions provider in the industrial metals sector. The company focuses on investment, processing, manufacturing, and trading of industrial metals, while continuously expanding partnerships domestically and internationally to enhance supply capabilities, optimize project efficiency, and meet increasingly stringent market standards.
