On September 25, 2024,  Stavian Energy Solutions JSC., a member of Stavian Group, and DongFang Electronics Co., Ltd officially signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Cooperation on Participation in DPPA market at Stavian Group’s headquarters (Century Tower, Hanoi).

As a long-standing and reputable corporation in the market, Dongfang Electronics Corporation (Dongfang Electronics), which inherits the leading advantages in the electric power industry, has been adhering to the constant technical advancement and innovation and has expanded its business from the power industry to the entire energy industry. Nowadays, Dongfang Electronics has become the leading enterprise in the smart power grid, internet of things (IoT), energy saving, and environmental protection industries, with business areas expanded to comprehensive energy management, smart city, rail traffic, petroleum and petrochemical, etc.

This MOU marks an important milestone in the collaboration between Stavian Energy Solutions and DongFang Electronics, aiming to develop projects related to Smart Renewable Energy Systems for the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Direct Power Purchase Agreement (DPPA) markets in Vietnam. The signing ceremony signifies the beginning of a long-term partnership between the two companies and opens up numerous new opportunities for developing clean and sustainable energy in Vietnam.

In the coming time, with the companionship of DongFang Electronics, Stavian Group in general, and Stavian Energy Solutions in particular, will be active in transitioning to green energy, contributing to sustainable economic development and prosperity in Vietnam and international markets.
