Stavian Industrial Metal and PVC-MS partner to advance cooperation in oil & gas, energy and defense

On August 28, 2025, Stavian Industrial Metal Joint Stock Company (Stavian Industrial Metal) and Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC-MS) officially signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement in Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City, marking a new chapter in the collaboration between two leading enterprises in the industrial metal and oil & gas construction sectors.

Stavian Industrial Metal is a subsidiary of Stavian Group – a large-scale multinational industrial – technology, and trading corporation with an ecosystem of over 20,000 customers and partners across more than 100 countries and territories. Stavian Group operates more than 10 factories, 40 logistics centers, and 30 international branches, generating nearly USD 3 billion in revenue in 2024. Established in 1983, PVC-MS is one of Vietnam’s leading EPC contractors in the oil & gas and energy sectors, with over 40 years of experience in the construction of offshore platforms, storage tanks, technological pipelines, super-sized equipment installations and major oil & gas mechanical facilities. Leveraging strong human and material resources as well as a proven reputation both domestically and internationally, PVC-MS is not only a key player in Vietnam’s oil & gas industry but is also positioning itself to become a leading EPC contractor in Vietnam and a strong brand across ASEAN.

   

Under the agreement, Stavian Industrial Metal will prioritize the supply of steel, equipment and processing services for PVC-MS in oil & gas, energy and defense projects. In turn, PVC-MS will collaborate with Stavian Industrial Metal in the fabrication and installation of platforms, tanks, pipelines, and other strategic infrastructure. Both parties agreed to establish a competitive, cost-optimised supply chain, co-develop financial solutions, and form consortia to participate in major domestic and international tenders. Looking forward, the two companies will expand cooperation into potential fields such as petrochemicals, green energy (LNG and renewables), logistics, industrial real estate, circular economy, and sustainable development.

The signing ceremony reaffirmed the long-term commitment between Stavian Industrial Metal and PVC-MS, promising to generate new synergies, foster green industrial development, strengthen energy security, and elevate the global standing of Vietnamese enterprises./.
