On February 26, 2025, at TTCL Vietnam Corporation Limited (TVC) office, the Signing Ceremony of the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) Consultancy Contract for the Stavian VP Chlorine Plant Project took place between Stavian VP Tay Ninh JSC,. and TTCL Vietnam Co., Ltd.
TTCL Vietnam has experience and expertise in providing integrated design and engineering, procurement of machinery & equipment, construction (Integrated EPC) of turnkey projects for industrial and process plants, mainly in field of chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, utility, environment and energy industries.
Expressing pride and honor, TTCL Vietnam highlighted their official role as the FEED consultant for the Stavian VP Chlorine Plant Project. This responsibility includes preparing the feasibility study report, conducting the basic design, and executing the FEED process. The project is located at Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Zone, An Hoi Quarter, An Hoa Ward, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province, on a site covering nearly 8.3 hectares. The plant will manufacture key products such as hydrogen peroxide, liquid caustic soda, calcium hypochlorite, and other by-products.
The Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase is a critical milestone in the project implementation process. It lays a solid foundation for the subsequent stages, including detailed design, procurement, equipment installation, and overall plant construction. The selection of TTCL Vietnam as the FEED consultant underscores Stavian VP Tay Ninh’s serious and professional approach to investing in this project. At the signing ceremony, Mr. Tony Dinh, Chairman of Stavian Group cum Chairman of Stavian VP Tay Ninh, expressed his gratitude to TTCL Vietnam, also conveyed the confidence and set high expectations for the project to be executed with the utmost dedication, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, safety requirements, and optimized investment costs.
At the ceremony, TTCL Vietnam committed to promptly initiating all necessary tasks, accelerating the project timeline, and maintaining the highest service quality standards. They pledged to ensure the project's feasibility while delivering long-term value to the Stavian VP Chlorine Plant.
